Since I last played PM on Dolphin, I have tried installing FasterMelee's version of Dolphin for netplay, but then uninstalled before reinstalling the previous version of dolphin that I used (without checking to see that Gecko started correctly). It doesn't matter where you keep the GeckoOS folder in the desktop, just make sure you have the gameconfig.txt, Codes folder and, just in case, the GeckoOS folder in their.
